Is there parking available?

Yes, there is free parking available on site.
 

Are refreshments provided?

Drinks and snacks are available to purchase on site.
 

Can we feed the donkeys?

Only food provided by the donkey handlers during your experience.
 

What should I wear?

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear - its woodland,

open fields and an orchard so wellies advisable if its’ been raining.
 

How accessible is it?

It’s natural terrain so not suitable for anyone unsteady on their feet.
 

Can children lead the donkey?

The minimum age is 6 to lead a donkey, younger children

can accompany adults free of charge.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
 

Can you buy vouchers?

Yes e-vouchers are available free of charge directly to your in box.

Postal vouchers are available for an extra £2.99 including p&p.
 

Are dogs permitted?

Dogs are not permitted on site as we have free roaming animals.

 

What if the weather is bad?

We run the experiences in all weathers so please be sure to wrap up warm. On the very rare occasion we have to cancel due to the weather we will inform you via email or text and rebook your experience free of charge. However, we will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.

 

Do the donkeys bite?

All animals can be unpredictable and may bite so please supervise children at all times. Never walk behind the donkeys, they may kick if startled.
